Our Farmer's Best Maple Cream is made by heating, rapidly cooling and whipping Farmer's Best Vermont Maple Syrup until it is creamy and spreadable. It's a lot of work, but so worth it! Enjoy on toast, pancakes, waffles, French toast, over ice cream, as a dip for fresh fruit, frosting for baked goods....or just by the spoonful!
