Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Maple Craft New England Cranberry Sauce
- 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Craft Syrup (Bourbon Barrel Aged, Salted Caramel or Farmer's Best recommended)
Directions
- Combine cranberry sauce and cream in mixing bowl and and whip, using electric beaters. When cream starts to thicken, add maple syrup to taste.
- Lower beater speed until it starts to form stiff peaks. Too much beating will give make it grainy.
- Use right away or pack into a storage container and refrigerate. Use within 24 hours.
- Pipe or spread over your favorite pie (especially apple pie!), cake, tart or ice cream...or spoon over hot chocolate!
