Maple-Crafted Cranberry Whipped Cream


Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Maple Craft New England Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Craft Syrup (Bourbon Barrel Aged, Salted Caramel or Farmer's Best recommended)

Directions

  1. Combine cranberry sauce and cream in mixing bowl and and whip, using electric beaters. When cream starts to thicken, add maple syrup to taste.
  2. Lower beater speed until it starts to form stiff peaks. Too much beating will give make it grainy.
  3. Use right away or pack into a storage container and refrigerate. Use within 24 hours.
  4. Pipe or spread over your favorite pie (especially apple pie!), cake, tart or ice cream...or spoon over hot chocolate!
