Maple-Crafted Apple Sauce



  • 4 Green Apples
  • 8 Red Apples (Substitute Pears for up to 3 apples if desired  - Optional)
  • 1/2 Cup Maple Craft Syrup (Honey-Infused Recommended)
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder


  1. Peel and slice fruit and place is large saucepan
  2. Add water, cover and cook over medium low heat, stirring occasionally
  3. Turn off heat when fruit is soft enough to mash
  4. Add syrup and cinnamon to taste while mashing (or pulse an immersion blender) until desired consistency
  5. Serve warm or chilled
