INGREDIENTS
- 4 Green Apples
- 8 Red Apples (Substitute Pears for up to 3 apples if desired - Optional)
- 1/2 Cup Maple Craft Syrup (Honey-Infused Recommended)
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
Instructions:
- Peel and slice fruit and place is large saucepan
- Add water, cover and cook over medium low heat, stirring occasionally
- Turn off heat when fruit is soft enough to mash
- Add syrup and cinnamon to taste while mashing (or pulse an immersion blender) until desired consistency
- Serve warm or chilled
