- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup favorite Maple Craft Syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 5 Tbsp melted butter, margarine or oil
- Optional:
- 1/3-1/2 cup fruit (raisins, blueberry, strawberry, banana, sliced & chopped apples, etc. Have fun with it!)
- More Maple Craft Syrup, milk, cream, or even vanilla ice cream when serving.
