Our Farmer's Best Maple Cream is made by heating, rapidly cooling and whipping Farmer's Best Vermont Maple Syrup until it is creamy and spreadable. It's a lot of work, but so worth it! Enjoy on toast, pancakes, waffles, French toast, over ice cream, as a dip for fresh fruit, frosting for baked goods....or just by the spoonful! Store in fridge if it doesn't get gobbled up within the first week. Most spreadable at room temperature. If separation occurs, simply stir it up! Dairy-free, Gluten-free, Vegan and Delicious!
